Nairobi cheapest town to buy commodities, Coastal towns most expensive

A bag of cabbages on Mon, 19th 2017 was retailing at the lowest price of 1650 shillings in Nairobi, and at the highest of 4825 shillings in Mombasa.

Fresh peas are selling at 4560 shillings in Nairobi, 5537.5 shillings in Mombasa, 2500 shillings in Kisumu, 3570 shillings in Eldoret, 4500 shillings in Nakuru and 7500 shillings in Malindi.

A bag of green maize is selling highest in Mombasa at 7200 shillings while the same bag sells lowest in Eldoret at 2280 shillings.

A large box of tomatoes is retailing at 5280 shillings in Nairobi, 5215 shillings in Mombasa, 5000 shillings in Kisumu, 6320 shillings in Eldoret, 2960 shillings in Nakuru and 2800 shillings in Malindi.
