National Bank of Kenya Back as Top Gainer After Being Edged out on Friday

The National Bank of Kenya has come back to the top gainer’s table after it was edged out during Friday’s session by Diamond Trust Bank.

The lender gained 9.64 percent at the price of 10.80 shillings per share followed by CIC Insurance Group with a gain of 9.09 percent at the price of 4.20 shillings per share.

Crown Berger, Mumias Sugar Company, and Standard Group gained 8.77, 8.70 and 6.85 percent respectively at the prices of 62.00, 1.25 and 39.00 shillings per share respectively as shown in the image below:

The top loser of the day was Sanlam Kenya with 6.90 percent at the price of 6.41 shillings per share followed by Equity Group which lost 6.41 percent at the price of 36.50 shillings per share.

Sameer Africa, Nairobi Business Ventures, and Safaricom lost 5.66, 4.44 and 2.13 percent respectively as shown in the image below:

The table below shows the most traded in shares of the day led by Kenya Commercial Bank which posted a volume of 4.57 million and a market capitalization of 111.91 billion shillings:
