Property Reality Company (PRC) inaugurated its board of directors for 2016 to contribute their insights to the firm and guide the business on its growth strategy.

Mr. Brain Gacari Ngunyi will serve as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the board.

Caroline Kittony-Waiyaki, an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya described as, charismatic, diligent, reliable and ardent practitioner, with a zeal for competency, integrity and professionalism, will serve as the Director in Charge of Legal, Policy and Governance.

Dr. Fredrick Ogolla, who serves as a Director at the Institute of Strategy and Competitiveness, Strathmore Business School, will be the Director in Charge of Strategy and Execution.

Mr. David Mugun, currently running the Business Persons Mentor Ltd – a company specializing in Strategy, Training and Staff recruitment – will serve as the Director in Charge of Staff Resourcing, Development and Systems.

Mr. Aly-Khan Satchu, the CEO of Rich Management and a financial analyst will serve as PRC’s Director in Charge of Media, Investor Relations and Financials.

Ms. Caroline Mutoko will serve as the Director in charge of sales and marketing. Caroline is currently the group Marketing Manager at Radio Africa Group and has a wealth of experience in the media industry.

Gacari said the need to have a board was conceived with the strides the company had made.

“The formation of a board is of the essence at this phase. I have no doubt on the reason I want to have this board.”

“In coming up with a board, I was looking for diversity. It has two women, because when it comes to property, women play a huge factor. The diversity of the board is the experience they are from the Human Resource, Legal, finance, strategy and the media,” he says.

“I am honoured to chair a board of individuals I hold in the highest esteem. Their willingness to share their time and expertise will help us continue to offer industry leading services that positively impact our clientele.”

Aly Khan Satchu by accepting the appointment, he said, “We are glad to be part of that journey. This is a good place to be at. I like the idea that you are creating owners among Africans.”

“It is exciting to be working with a company that understands the demand for investments in property, and works hard to ensure that the public is well informed on prevalent issues regarding land and property ownership in Kenya,” he added.

Caroline Kittony-Waiyaki on the legal aspect, she assured PRC’s clients that they will be a stickler for the due process. “You will go home with a sound title. It is an honour to be serving on this board.”

Mugun said, “Going forward, we shall consistently improve and maintain a dialogue box for our clients and shareholders to engage us. For all the property that we shall develop, we create value that will be sustainable.”

The event also served as a platform for the launch of PRC’s innovative investment product, Mbuni Estate, which sits on 76 acres of prime property in Isinya.

“With Mbuni Estate, we are looking at changing the culture of most Kenyans who just buy land and wait for it to appreciate in value. Our aim is to make land ownership a lifestyle and an avenue for both wealth and employment creation,” said Gacari.

PRC have been in existence since 2010 and has grown to be a credible and trusted property brand attributed to good leadership, great team work, committed employees and their loyal clients.
