Maisha Magic East continues to delight its viewers with once in a lifetime content experience. Viewers of PETE, a show which airs on Maisha Magic East had a rare opportunity to visit Funzi Island last weekend.
Funzi is a well-kept gem located in the Indian Ocean and carries rich traditional Swahili heritage that lends PETE its authenticity.
The winners had an all-expense-paid trip to the world of PETE where they interacted with the cast and crew and watched the live making of the show.
Winners also got the full island experience which included a boat cruise followed by sundowners as well as an authentic island meal.

Viewers of Pete got the opportunity to enter a competition that was run on the channel’s social media platform from the 20th of August till the 11th of September 2019. Part of the mechanics required viewers to answer questions based on the episodes that were being run on air.
