Caroline was pregnant with twin babies. Just like every other mother, she looked forward to delivering bouncing baby boys. She would then be a happy mother.
On September 12th 2015, however, when she was in the 28th week of her pregnancy, she had an emergency and was rushed to Nairobi Hospital where she went into labor. Her twins, Jayden and Jayson, were successfully delivered on September 14th 2015 and admitted to the ICU.
The hospital bill skyrocketed over the cover limit available for the family. The amount required to cover the medical bill is 1.3 million shillings. Family and friends have only managed to raise 300,000 shillings and more money is still needed.
Despite our many differences as Kenyans, we are always ready to stand with each other during times of need as we have shown time and time again. Your help is needed. Help Caroline and her little angels clear their medical bill and get the chance at building a family. Remember, there is a Swahili saying that goes, Kutoa ni moyo usambe ni utajiri meaning to give is from your heart, do not say you are not rich.
