This is what you should do if you need to change your Chase Card PIN:
- Visit any Chase Bank or Rafiki ATM
- Use your card’s Old Pin to access the menu options.
- Select the Change PIN option.
- Enter your preferred new PIN
- Confirm your new PIN
- On next transaction, use your new PIN
Always remember to keep your PIN a secret.
This service is applicable to all debit, credit as well as pre-paid cards.
