In a new turn of events on the Nairobi Securities Exchange today, Home Africa Limited has emerged as the top gainer of the day.
The company has registered a positive gain of 9.09 percent at a price of 1.80 shillings per share as the stock market closed today.
The whole of last week, Home Africa Limited dominated the top loser position and the trend had sent some cold shivers down the spine of some shareholders.
Kenya Airways which had taken the lead yesterday as the top gainer has been edged out and for today, it is out of the top five gainers.
For the second day running, Williamson Tea Kenya Limited has dominated the top loser position recording a negative deviation of 9.75 percent at a price of 287.00 shillings per share.

Safaricom Limited has maintained its position since last week as the top mover of the day. Today, the telecommunication company has posted a total volume of 6.67 million and a market capital of 641.05 billion.
Backlays Bank Limited is the second top mover of the day with a total volume of 2.20 billion and a market capital of 67.89 billion.
Other top movers of the day are Co-operative Bank of Kenya with a volume of 1.97 million and a market capital of 84.10 billion, Equity Group Holdings Limited with a volume of 1.59 million and a market capital of 150.00 billion and East African Breweries Limited with a volume of 1.06 million and a market capital of 215.09 billion.
