BOC Kenya Limited emerged as the top gainer of the day at the Nairobi Securities Exchange with a positive deviation of 9.47 percent closing the day at a price of 104.00 shillings per share followed by Longhorn Kenya Limited which had a 9.43 percent gain to close the trading day at a price of 5.80 shillings per share.
Co-operative Bank of Kenya, Kenya Airways Ltd and Umeme Limited gained 8.64, 8.43 and 5.26 percent respectively.
Pan African Insurance Holdings Ltd on the other hand emerged as the top loser with 6.88 percent at a price of 44.00 shillings per share followed by Liberty Kenya Holdings Ltd with 5.47 percent at a price of 15.55 shillings per share.
Other losers of the day were Equity Group Holdings Ltd, Express Limited and Nairobi Securities Exchange Ltd posted 3.59, 3.41 1nd 3.09 percent respectively.
