Home Africa emerged as the top gainer of the day at the Nairobi Security Exchange. The company posted a positive deviation of 8.33 percent at a price of 1.95 shillings per share. Centum Investments Company Limited came in second with 3.37 percent at a price of 46.00 shillings per share while Car & General posted a 3.33 percent at a price of 38.75 shillings per share.
Other top gainers of the day were ARM Cement Limited and Atlas Development & Support Services Limited which posted a 3.23 and 3.13 percent respectively.

Uchumi Supermarket Limited on the other hand was the top loser of the day with 9.48 percent at a price of 5.25 shillings per share. British American Tobacco Kenya Limited and CFC Stanbic Holdings Limited lost by 4.76 and 4.55 percent respectively to close the day trading at a price of 780.00 and 84.00 shillings per share.
