ARM Cement Maintains Top Gainer Position at the NSE on Wednesday

Donald Trump is the president elect of the United States of America. His election has not affected the Nairobi Securities Exchange the way it has affected the Mexican Market.

On Wednesday, ARM Cement maintained the position it had on Tuesday as the top gainer of the day. The company gained 9.43 percent at the price of 29.00 shillings per share followed by Eveready East Africa with a gain of 8.51 percent at the price of 2.55 shillings per share.

Limuru Tea Company came in third with 8.16 percent at the price of 530.00 shillings per share. NIC Bank and Kapchorua Tea Company gained 7.83 and 6.49 percent respectively at the price of 31.00 and 82.00 shillings per share respectively.

Fahari Income-REIT was the top loser of the day. The company lost 9.09 percent at the price of 12.50 shillings per share.

Deacons (East Africa) and Kenya Airways lost 5.80 and 5.48 percent respectively at the price of 6.50 and 6.90 shillings per share respectively.

Express and Uchumi Supermarket closed the top five losers of the day on Wednesday with 4.76 and 4.35 percent respectively at the price of 3.00 and 3.30 shillings per share respectively.
