A total of Six counties are set to benefit from funding, high-tech medical equipment and food donations in the fight against high maternal deaths.
These counties include Migori, Mandera, Marsabit, Wajir, Isiolo, and Lamu will be benefiting by the Private Sector Health Partners (PSHP). They account for about 50 percent of all maternal deaths in the country.

Unilever, on the other hand, will expand their current project with UNFPA and Amref on maternal and newborn health and hygiene in Migori.
Safaricom and Huawei will design video conference facilities to enable remote specialized consultations for patients and medical education for medical staff in Lamu.
