Olympia Capital was the top gainer of the day at the NSE on Tuesday as Umeme lagged.
The company gained 10.00 percent, tying at the same position with Nairobi Business Ventures at the prices of 3.30 and 1.65 shillings per share respectively.
Home Afrika, CIC Insurance Group, and Sameer Africa gained 9.09, 8.00 and 8.00 percent respectively at the prices of 1.20, 5.40 and 2.70 shillings per share respectively.
Umeme was the top loser of the day. The company lost 7.69 percent at the price of 12.00 shillings per share.
Trans-Century and Standard Chartered Bank lost 4.55 and 3.14 percent respectively at the prices of 6.30 and 216.00 shillings per share respectively.
ARM Cement has displaced Safaricom Limited to emerge as the top mover of the day with a volume of 6.68 million. Safaricom which carried the day on Monday has today taken the fifth position with 1.34 million.
Equity Group, KenoKobil, and Kenya Commercial Bank posted 4.50, 2.53 and 1.73 million in volume respectively.
