Some people tremble at the sight of an injection but what about having more than 500 body modifications just for ‘beauty’?
Rolf Buchholz holds the record of the most modified body in the world with 516 body modifications as of 14th March 2017.
According to Guinness World Records, Buchholz has 481 piercings, two subdermal ‘horn’ implants and five magnetic implants in the fingertips of his right hand.
The record for most body modifications for a female goes to Maria Jose Cristerna from Mexico who has 49 body alterations including transdermal implants on her forehead, chest, and arms, and multiple piercings in her eyebrows, lips, nose, tongue, earlobes and belly button.
