According to records in the Guinness World Records, Rukibasaija Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, also known as King Oyo, was three years old when he became king of the Ugandan Kingdom of Toro in 1995.
The king now rules 3 percent of Uganda with a population of close to 33 million people and was born on 16th April 1992.
