Kenya’s Immigration system is down affecting hundreds of Kenyans who sought for their services on Tuesday.
“The Immigration Department is experiencing connectivity challenges in it’s servers affecting Passport and Kenya electronic Foreign Nationals Services (eFNS) services,” said Maj. Gen (Rtd) Dr. Gordon Odemo Kihalangwa Director, Department of Immigration Services.
He further said the ICT team was working on the system to diagnose and rectify the problem. “We apologize for the inconveniences as we endeavor to restore our services.”
