The shortest man on earth is 21.5 inches tall according to the information found in the Guinness World Records.
The 72-year-old Chandra Bahadur Dangi comes from Nepal and he has never received a checkup from a doctor his entire life.
“I’m very happy that I’m being recognized by Guinness World Records and that my name will be written in the book,” Dangi said in a statement. “It’s a big thing for my family, my village, and my country. I am very happy.”

The Guinness World Records organized a meeting between the world’s tallest man and the shortest man where Chandra looked like a bottle of soda under the feet of a giant.
