Retailers in Eldoret and Kitale are reaping big from green grams which are going at a market price of 12,600 shillings and 11,700 shillings respectively for a 90-kilogram bag.
Mombasa, on the other hand, has the lowest market price for green grams compared to other towns as the same quantity of 90 kilograms is being sold at 6,750 shillings.
A 90-kilogram bag of Groundnuts is being sold as follows in selected markets across the country: 15,300 shillings in Isiolo, 14,300 shillings in Kitale, 12,540 shillings in Mombasa, 12,150 shillings in Eldoret, 11,200 shillings in Nairobi, 10, 800 shillings in Nakuru and 10,000 shillings in Malindi.
A 90-kilogram bag of Rosecoco Beans is being sold at 8,100 shillings in Eldoret, 7,200 shillings in Nairobi, Nakuru and Isiolo respectively, 6,500 shillings in Malindi and 6,000 shillings in Mombasa and Kitale respectively.

The potato market had a variety of different prices in selected towns with a 50-kilogram bag of White Irish Potatoes being sold highest in Malindi at 4,000 shillings and lowest in Kisumu at 1,300 shillings.
A 98-kilogram bag 0f Sweet Potatoes, on the other hand, was retailing as follows: 3,600 shillings in Malindi and Isiolo respectively, 3,200 shillings in Nairobi, 3,000 shillings in Kisumu, 2,900 shillings in Mombasa, 2,500 shillings in Eldoret and 2,000 shillings in Kitale.
