Sportpesa has rolled out the much awaited Sportpesa Super Cup with a total of eight teams set to take part.
The second edition of the tournament will kick off on 3rd of June and expected to end on 10th of the same month.
Among the eight teams, four are from Kenya while the remaining four are from neighboring Tanzania.
Kenyans will be represented by Gor Mahia, AFC Leopards, Kariobangi Sharks and Kakamega Homeboyz while Tanzanians will have Yanga, Singida United, Simba, and Jeshi la Kujenga Uchumi.
The winner will take home a total of three million shillings, second runners-up will go home with one million shillings. Third and fourth positions will pocket 750,000 and 500,000 shillings respectively while the quarterfinalist will have 250,000 shillings.
The announcement has taken over Kenya’s social media space by storm with many people thanking the giant gaming site for always being ready to give back to the society.

4th place – Ksh500,000
