Top Gainers

The top gainer of the day was Eaagads. The company gained 9.94 percent at the price of 19.90 shillings per share.

ARM Cement was the top gainer of the day with 7.75 percent at the price of 6.95 shillings per share.

Kakuzi came in third with 7.25 percent at the price of 370.00 shillings per share while WPP ScanGroup came in fourth with 7.14 percent at the price of 18.75 shillings per share.

Mumias Sugar Company gained 6.25 percent at the price of 0.85 shillings per share.

Top Losers

Britam Holdings, which was the top gainer on Wednesday, emerged as the top loser on Thursday with 7.59 percent at the price of 14.60 shillings per share.

TPS Eastern Africa (Serena) lost 5.22 percent at the price of 31.75 shillings per share while National Bank shed off 4.58 percent at the price of 7.30 shillings.

CIC Insurance Group and Safaricom Plc lost 3.77 and 3.45 percent at the price of 5.10 and 28.00 shillings per share respectively.

Top Movers

Safaricom came back as the top mover of the day after selling 14.07 million shares followed by Equity Group with 2.25 million shares.

KenolKobil sold 1.23 million shares while NIC Bank and Kenya Electricity Generating Company sold 911,000 and 732,800 shares respectively.
