Forbes has released a list of the most powerful people in the world with most of them being leaders of various countries.
According to the list, the most powerful person on earn right now is Xi Jinping, the president of the People’s Republic of China. The second most powerful person is Vladimir Putin, the president of Russia.
Donald Trump of the United States of America and Angel Merkel of Germany are the third and fourth powerful people on earth at the moment.
Jeffrey Bezos Preston, an American technology entrepreneur who is also an investor as well as a philanthropist has been ranked as the fifth most powerful man on earth. He is the Founder and CEO of Amazon.
Pope Francis, the head of the Catholic Church as well as the leader of the Vatican City comes in as the sixth most powerful person. The pope has been very vocal on matters of environment and at some point differing with President Donald Trump.
Entrepreneurs and investors, as well as philanthropists such as Bill Gates and Jeff Preston Bezos, have dominated this year’s list.
