Banks were buying a Sterling Pound at 133.3128 shillings and selling it at 133.6233 shillings while the Euro was bought at an average of 116.6317 shillings and sold at 116.8956 shillings.
For those who wanted to exchange a South African rand with the local currency, commercial banks were giving 6.9220 shillings per every rand and selling the same at 6.9412 shillings.
Banks were exchanging 37.4684 Ugandan shillings with a Kenyan shilling and sold it at 37.6420 Ugandan shillings.
22.5999 Tanzanian shillings were enough to give you one Kenyan shilling. The banks were selling the shilling at 22.7439 Tanzanian shillings.
