Even though the plans for the exterior are awe-inspiring, the interiors will certainly take your breath away. The finishings are so amazing, it is easy to get lost in the elegance and beauty. Who wouldn’t want to have this as the place they call home?

Applewood brings Cytonn’s tally of projects in Karen to three, the other two being Amara Ridge and Situ Village. It’s easy to see why the developers like this area. International schools like Braeburn, Hillcrest, and Brookhouse are close by. So are world-class hospitals and shopping centers. Moreover, land in Karen has above-average capital appreciation. In the 2000s, the price per acre was 2-3 million shillings. Now, just one acre could be well over 45 million, and this price continues to grow. Any savvy investor will want a piece of that deal.
Having proved themselves by finishing Amara Ridge, it is clear that Cytonn does not compromise on quality. I for one cannot wait to see Applewood when it is finished.
