Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria known for his support for the ruling Government has resigned.
Kuria who has been caught up in exchange of words with politicians from both sides last week found himself in hot soup after claiming that the central voters voted for the Government in large numbers but is not getting any development in return.
The President seemed to have been responding to Moses Kuria as he called people who were claiming they lacked development “washenzi”.
Kuria wrote to the speaker on Thursday penning down his resignation.
The Gatundu South MP apologized to President Uhuru Kenyatta over the remarks that the Central Kenya region has been neglected in terms of developments.
