The Huduma Namba registration process that began on 18th February 2019 and targeted to register over 50 million citizens at the cost of 6 billion shillings is soon drawing to its deadline.

Kenyans registered on the system according to the Presidential Delivery Unit (PDU) total to 20 million so far out of the estimated 52 million by the United Nations. A majority of Kenyans have been against the process which they feel bullied into.

The 20 million Kenyans registered on Huduma Namba reflects a mere 38 percent while 62 percent of Kenyans remain adamant despite the countless threats meant to bully them into the slow-moving Huduma registration queues.

As the deadline, May 18th fast approaches, Kenyans are expected to flock the centers to register, not because they understand why but because of fear of the unknown. In the confusion of the last minute rush, it is crucial that one is aware of the process and the requirements to avoid a back and forth during the registration.

Requirements for Registration of Huduma Namba

Present yourself physically ready for a passport photo to the nearest sub-county or sub-chief office.

Carry the following Original documents

If you are a parent or guardian to any child age 6 years and above, take the child with you for registration for their passport photo and fingerprints to be taken.
