Process of Using Co-operative’s MCo-op Cash and its Convenience

What options is one left with once your Visa card is expired, the banks have closed and you are in dire need of money that you know is in your account?

This question normally hits one when circumstances throw you into the situation and if like me you have developed a fear of taking up mobile loans then that means you do not even have the apps downloaded into your phone.

As a Corporative bank client for almost a decade now, my relationship with my visa card has flourished to heights I would never have imagined to the point that I have become oblivious to other channels that would enable me to transact with the bank.

This way of thinking was changed just the other day when I went to use my Visa card for withdrawal at an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) and I got a #129 error. On calling the Coop bank customer care, I was informed my Visa card had expired; it was already five years since I took the card!

Stranded, confused and with my mind racing I asked in a shaky voice, “Does it mean I cannot access my money without the ATM card now that the banks are closed?”

“No, madam, you can easily access the money through our M-coop cash platform,” the customer executive responded.

Well, I had seen adverts about the M-coop cash but it never really occurred to me that I could ever be in need of the platform’s services. Out of comfort zone, it was an opportunity to learn how to use another platform to access my funds with the Cooperative bank.

M-coop cash was easy and more convenient than I thought, surprised that I had not yet opened up my mind to the use of other platforms to access my funds.

How to Withdraw Money Using M-coop Cash

M-coop cash enables you to easily withdraw funds from the ATM even in the absence of your visa card. Below is the process:

You will then receive the money.
