“These people are heartless. Completely heartless,” said the Director of Criminal Investigation (DCI) George Kinoti.
The visibly sad and angry DCI boss said these after the body of the missing Dutch tycoon Tob Cohen was found in a septic tank.
Tob Cohen, former Chief Executive Officer of Phillips Electronics East Africa has been missing since July 19th.
His wife, Sarah Wairimu has been telling the media that Cohen had travelled abroad to seek medical attention. She also contradicted herself after she reported him missing to the police.
Sara Wairimu has since been arrested and is still in police custody. The court has ordered her to undergo a mental checkup before a murder case against her can commence.
The body of Mr. Cohen was found in an underground tank that had been sealed with cement and pieces of wood put on top to conceal it.
