Jeff Koinange Joins The Ultra-luxurious Leisure And Sports Wadi Degla Runda Club

The flamboyant and celebrated TV host Jeff Koinange has joined the ultra-luxurious leisure and sports club Wadi Degla Runda Club.

The confirmation lays to rest speculations around Jeff’s membership of the expensive club after a section of the media reported that he had visited the Runda-based club to pay a courtesy call to Joseph Reda.

Although Jeff has remained mute about the news, sources closer to him confirmed that he indeed returned to the club two days later on Moi Day and intimately engaged in various sports for the better part of the day – notably basketball, football, and squash.

Exclusive photos show Jeff at ease with all manner of sports offered by the club- including sprinting across the athletics track and playing squash- a new sport to many people. Jeff wrote about his ardent love for sports in his book “Through My African Eyes” and this could clearly be seen as he engaged in various activities at the club.

For those who may not know about Wadi Degla, it is among Kenya’s prestigious sports and leisure centers with life membership going for nearly 1 million shillings.

The club allows members to pay for in monthly installment with the membership benefitting ones’ family for their lifetime.

Wadi Degla facilities include Olympic grade heated swimming pools, basketball pitch, Tennis, Squash, football pitch, athletics & walking tracks, state of the art gym and a Thai spa.

The club also has a martial arts center, kids play area, three members-only luxury lounges, and meetings facilities.

It is home to Swim America academy, Darwish Squash, Tennis Academy and is a favorite for Nairobi families seeking luxury, leisure, and active lifestyles.
