As Kenyans continue with Christmas festivities, 20 people are feared dead after a fatal accident involving two vehicles.
The accident is said to have happened when a Sabatia Safaris Bus collided with another car, Kangaroo, at Nangili bridge along Kitale – Eldoret Highway.
Eyewitnesses say both vehicles were over speeding at the time of the accident. Official confirmation of those who have perished is yet to be released. (We shall update).
The accident comes at a time traffic police across the country have enforced a command from the Inspector General to impound all unroadworthy vehicles and arrest any excess passenger.
