The 2019 results were released on Wednesday 18th, 2019 by the Education CS George Magoha at the Kenya Certificate of National Examinations(KNEC) headquarters in Nairobi.
The total number of candidates who sat for the KCSE 2019 that was written between November 4th –November 27th, 2019 were 699, 745 candidates
According to the education CS Magoha, 51 percent of those who sat for the exams were male while 49 percent were female.
He added that 16 subjects recorded improvement while 11 subjects recorded a significant decline in performance.
Even as students and schools performed better this year there are a number that has missed out on the awaited KCSE results.
According to the CS, a total of 1309 students have missed on their results due to different issues including irregularities, sickness, etc.
He added that this year the number of irregularities decreased from last year’s 4,519 to this year’s 1300.

Enter KCSE followed by space and the index number and send it to 20076 (Safaricom, Airtel or Telkom)
