Mobile phone M-Pesa registered Safaricom SIM card
The amount you wish to transfer in your M-Pesa wallet
Your account number M-Pesa PIN
Co-op bank M-Pesa paybill number (400200)
Below Is The Process of Transferring money from your M-PESA To Your Co-op account
- Open your SIM toolkit app
- Scroll from left to right or up to down until you see the application and tap its icon
- Go to “M-Pesa”(menu with numerous options will appear in the next window)
- Choose “Lipa na M-Pesa: (second last selection in that screen).
- Use the “Pay Bill” option (first choice in the window)
- Click on “Enter Business Number”
- Key in the Cooperative bank pay bill number which is 400200
- Click on “Account Number” and enter your Coop account number
- Make sure it is correct before hitting the OK button.
- Enter the amount and press OK
- Key in your PIN
The transaction will ONLY fail if the PIN entered is Wrong, be careful with the details you enter.
You will receive an SMS with the details of the transfer and your account will be credited with the amount you topped up after some minutes or hours.
