Kenya Now Confirms 3 Cases Of Coronavirus – President Uhuru

“Kenya now has three confirmed coronavirus cases,” President Uhuru Kenyatta has announced to the nation today,15th March 2020. The President has noted that the cases of the virus has spread.

“There are more survivors than deaths and we wish to assure Kenyans that we are working very hard to ensure we maximize on getting survivals and working to avoid the infections,”President Uhuru Kenyatta has announced.

“All who will try to take advantage of this coronavirus outbreak to benefit themselves by fluctuating prices will be dealt with merciless,” President Uhuru Kenyatta has announced.

“Twenty seven people who came into contact with the 27 year old lady who marked Kenya’s first case have already been quarantined and the house and the vehicle she used have been sprayed with disinfectants and the government continues its promise to ensure all Kenyans are safe,” President Kenyatta has said.

“All Kenyans are advised to stop all public and private meetings in the fight against coronavirus to minimize on infections.

“If it is possible i advise that those that can work remotely to do so in the fight against the coronavirus transmission,” President Uhuru.

The three Kenyans have since been placed on quarantine.

All daily school going pupils and students have been ordered to stop going to school until further notice.
