Dear Entrepreneur: Be A thinker, Be A doer

Entrepreneurship is a journey that requires an intellectual thinker and a creative doer. Success does not come easy because yes, ideas need to be thought of but implemented at the end with strong planning. This is why you need both skills.

Thinkers are creative people, always develop new ideas that can change or improve the way things are done. Doers are people with the ability to execute actions. They know how to take advantage of situations to complete projects, you must be both.

As an Entrepreneur, you must find a balance, because obviously everyone has a thinking skill and a doing skill although at some point, one skill tends to dominate the personality of an individual and they lose track.

For an entrepreneur to keep his team on track, both skills are needed, you need to think before you act as the team also finds a balance so they can end up both creative and innovative.

For any goal to be achieved or a project to be done, there must be people that can think and define clearly the work to be done and the other group that can creatively perform it.

If an entrepreneur is drawn more to thinking than doing, he turns out to a developer of great ideas that are not put into action, this is not worth anything, in fact, and it is a wastage of time.

However, still an entrepreneur who only focuses on doing things with no critical thinking on the best way to do them can lead to a great loss of time and wastage of resources, disappointment is inevitable in this case.

To be productive and successful, you must identify your weaker side and train yourself harder in that section, if you are a thinker, you must learn how to structure your ideas into actions that can be implemented. Additionally, if you are an always very busy doer, you must clarify the proper origin and destination of these acts so as to ensure effective implementation and success

The greatest challenge involved with success at what you are doing is the failure to think before you act, the reverse is also true, this is why it is advisable, first to think about what you are doing and, second, to do something about what you are thinking.

The road to success is not buttered. Something must be sown for something to be reaped, as an entrepreneur, find it in your system to teach yourself how to think and how to do regardless the hardship, be both.
