Kenyan Men Warned Against The Use Of Viagra

HIV 18

Following the recent increase in cases of men dying during sex, and with sex-enhancing pills found beside them, an alarm has been sounded from the experts.

The Pharmaceutical Society of Kenya has warned Kenyan men against using performance enhancement drugs without seeking the opinions of experts.

In a statement, the society said Kenyan men should be careful while using sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil, and avanafil drugs without an opinion of a qualified medical practitioner.

The warning from the society comes after more than five men were found dead in the middle of sex with their partners, with all of them found to have used the blue pill.

Some of the moderate effects of Viagra include headache, nose bleeding, pain in the upper abdomen, trouble falling and staying asleep, diarrhea, dizziness, skin rashes among others.

The extreme effect includes the death of the user especially those with underlying medical conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease among others.

“Patients with underlying medical conditions and those on other medications may be at a higher risk when using Viagra,” said the society.

There have been concerns as to whether the type of drugs being sold might be with poison for such many cases of death have not been reported before.
