Select Pay Bill alternative under Lipa na Mpesa.
Enter Telkom Mpesa paybill number 777711.
Enter the account, which is your Telkom mobile number
Key in the amount that you want to spend.
Enter your M-Pesa PIN then send.
Wait for M-Pesa confirmation, followed by the airtime.

How to Buy Airtel Airtime Via Mpesa

You will follow these steps to successfully buy airtime for your Airtel mobile number or another person’s Airtel line, using Safaricom Mpesa:

Go to the Mpesa Menu
Select Lipa Na Mpesa
Select Pay Bill
Enter Business Number as 220220
In the Account number space, enter the Airtel mobile number (the number you want to buy airtime for)
Enter the airtime amount you wish to buy and press OK
Key in your Mpesa PIN and send
Confirm from the pop-up message that comes, the receiver of the money is PayPal

If the transaction is successful, you will receive a confirmation message from CHAPCHAP stating your Airtel new balance.

How to Buy Airtime for Telkom Kenya Mobile Number

To buy airtime for your Telkom mobile number or another person’s number, the steps are similar except the part for the account number.

Go to the Mpesa Menu
Select Lipa Na Mpesa
Select Pay Bill
Enter Business Number as 220220
Enter Account number as Telkom mobile number (the number you want to buy airtime for)
Enter the airtime amount you wish to buy and press OK
Key in your Mpesa PIN and send
Confirm from the pop-up message that comes, the receiver of the money is Paypal.

You will also receive a message from CHAPCHAP confirming the transaction and your new Telkom airtime balance.
