The Teacher Service Commission (TSC) has released a full list of successful teachers transfer per county.
Over the years, TSC has been transferring teachers who have served in one station or schools within their home counties for more than nine years in a process technically referred to as delocalization.
This move has incessantly received great opposition especially from teacher’s unions and affected teachers who feel disoriented after being separated from their families.
However, the Commission maintains that TSC teacher’s delocalization must continue if schools have to run more effectively besides enhancing national cohesion

According to TSC, all matters related to teachers will be moved on a digital platform. A circular released by the Commission on 15th February 2021 blocked teachers from visiting its headquarters for services.
They should seek services at Upper Hill if directed by their county and sub-county offices.
