The Teacher Service Commission (TSC) has released the merit lists for the shortlisted teachers in the July 2021 recruitment exercise.
The lists that are arranged per County include the shortlisted applicants for the 5,000 teaching vacancies in secondary schools to support the government policy on 100 percent transition of learners from primary to secondary schools.
Those who applied for the 3,914 vacancies to replace teachers who exited service through natural attrition i.e., 2,987 posts for primary schools and 927 posts for secondary schools. The teachers recruited will serve on Permanent and Pensionable terms of service.

For primary schools, vacancies will be filled by using the 2020/2021 Merit Lists generated in September 2020 and which are available at the TSC County Offices, countrywide.
