Safaricom has announced that M-Pesa will be undergoing maintenance on Tuesday night for about four hours. In a statement, the giant telecommunications says that the maintenance is aimed at making their services better.
“Our M-Pesa services shall be undergoing planned maintenance on Tuesday 19th October 2021 starting from 2359 hours to Wednesday 0400 hours,” said Safaricom.
During the maintenance, Kenyans will not be able to carry out all the M-Pesa services including airtime purchases. “The timing of this maintenance activity has been planned to result in the lease of inconvenience to our customers,” said Safaricom.
