Justice Hedwig Ong’udi has ordered that Miguna Miguna obtain Emergency Travel Document from Kenya Embassy in Berlin or Ottawa within 72 hours. It is ordered that Dr. Miguna Miguna:
Be issued with emergency travel documents by Kenya Embassy in Berlin in 72 hours
Air France to board him upon presentation of travel documents
Immigration to allow him to enter Kenya using his ID. He will only use his National Identification Card for verification purposes.
Immigration to issue him with a valid passport within 7 days of entry.
“I’ll be at the Kenyan Embassy in Berlin in the next two hours. The struggle continues,” he tweeted.
