The Communication Authority of Kenya (CA) has revoked several FM, broadcasting license and rejected the approval of others in a move never witnessed before.
The Authority, headed by Mr. Ezra Chiloba has been broadcasters and license owners who “do not follow the law of operation.”
“The Authority has commenced regulatory actions against the listed broadcasters and applicants of broadcasting service provision licenses for failure to comply with the relevant requirements,” said CA in a statement.

Last month, CA suspended the license belonging to the controversial televangelist Pastor Ng’ang’a over his “obscene remarks on a live television.”
