The High Court of Kenya has ordered the Inspector General of Police to arrest the DCI Boss George Kinoti with immediate effect and present him before the court. George Kinoti had been convicted for Contempt of Court and jailed for 4 months in Jail.
The question being asked right now is whether the Inspector General will obey the court and actually arrest George Kinoti. With this government being the leading in disobeying court orders, the current order might just be kunyamba kwa punda.
