Wanyonyi Promises To Enhance Business Environment For Nairobi

The current Member of Parliament for Westlands Tim Wanyonyi has promised to enhance the business environment for Nairobi County if elected as Governor. Wanyonyi says it is time for Nairobi to regain its lost glory in terms of businesses and investments.

On Wednesday, the gubernatorial hopeful met with the business community from the Mount Kenya region and promised to work closely with them, as well as with other investors in making sure that Nairobi will always be great for businesses.

“I want the people of Nairobi to be the happiest people in this country. They will be happy because they will be proud of what the great county would have become in terms of service delivery and the ease of doing business,” he said during the meeting.

At the same time, he promised to give priority to people living with disability and enable them to start and run their own businesses without being discriminated against. The MP assured investors that he will do everything within his powers to uplift them.

The long-serving legislator says he is the best bet for Nairobi as he brings on the table a wide range of experience, professionalism, and an admirable record with no iota of scandal.

“Nairobi deserves the best. It is the capital city of Kenya and the heart of the economy. Tim Wanyonyi is going to reclaim the lost glory of this city. I seek nothing more than an opportunity to serve and benefit the people,” he said.
