Multichoice Kenya has expanded its services by bringing them closer to the people through several branches across the country. In Nairobi, the number of Multichoice branches has hit four. Below are the different branches within Nairobi and the services they offer:
Capital Centre Branch
The opening of the Capital Centre branch was a relocation of T-Mall branch. The Capital Center branch serves both DStv and GOtv customers and is located on the Ground Floor along Mombasa Road.
The opening of the branch was a strategic move to ensure customers can easily access service points across the county. It is open during the weekdays from 8 am – 9 pm and at weekends from 9 am – 9 pm.
It offers a full range of services including payment of subscriptions, package upgrades and downgrades, decoder diagnostics and purchases, customer care support, software upgrades, repair or replacement of faulty decoders, consumer education (self-help service techniques), installation services, and purchase of accessories among others and will serve both residential and commercial customers.
Greenspan Mall Branch
The Green span shopping mall in Nairobi is one of the few malls located in the larger Eastlands area of Nairobi City. Multichoice Kenya in Green span shopping mall is a pay-tv outlet for DSTv service users and subscribers.
You can purchase services from the branch such as buying dishes and set-top boxes for digital transmissions from the MultiChoice Kenya outlet in Donholm part of Nairobi.
Junction Mall branch
This branch is located on the Junction, Ngong Road, Kingara Rd, Nairobi, and serves DStv and GOtv customers living in that part of Nairobi. It opens daily from 9 am to 8 pm on weekdays and 9 am to 5 pm over the weekends and public holidays.
The center offers customer service and after-sales support such as decoder diagnoses and sales, software upgrades, repair or replacement faulty decoders, consumer education, installation services, subscription payment, purchase accessories among others.
Sarit Centre Branch
This is located at Sarit Centre, 1st Floor Karuna Rd, Nairobi. It gives customers various services such as decoder diagnoses and sales, software upgrades, repair or replacement of faulty decoders, consumer education, installation services, subscription payment, purchase accessories among others.
