Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) 2021 has been released on 28th March 2022, by the Education Cabinet Secretary, George Magoha.
Candidates, their parents, or guardians can access the results through the Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) website, SMS platforms, county education offices, and the respective school.
For the SMS option, the candidates should send their index number, followed by the initials KCPE (in capital letters) to 20076 to access the results.
After checking your result you might want to have a hard copy of the result slip.
Follow the procedure below to download your result slip online.
- Visit the official KNEC schools’ portal by clicking https://www.knec-portal.ac.ke/
- To login to the KNEC portal, Insert the User Name and Password which you used during the KCPE 2021 registration.
- Once inside the portal, you will see several boxes. First, under the box labeled ‘FROM INDEX’, input the index number of the first candidate, and in the box labeled ‘TO INDEX NUMBER’ input the last candidate’s index number. Click on ‘VIEW REPORT’.
- Wait for the result slips to load. When all the slips are loaded, click on the menu labeled ‘EXPORT’.
- Select the format you would like to export the KCPE Result Slips e.g. ‘WORD’ or ‘PDF’ formats.
- The KCPE Result slips will be downloaded to offline storage on your computer.
- Print the downloaded result slip
