Fans of the WWE can gear up for another thrilling week of action on SuperSport, with live airings of the NXT, SmackDown, and Raw shows running from Wednesday 20 to Tuesday 26 April 2022.
SuperSport is your #HomeOfSport and the only place to see all your favorites from the WWE Universe!
The action begins on the morning of Wednesday 20 April with WWE NXT Episode 665. Tony D’Angelo is looking to become the next breakout star from the developmental brand, as he looks to fire up rivalries with big guns in the division such as Bron Breakker.
“Breakker thinks he is the ‘big man’ around here, but where I come from we show respect and earn our way to the top,” said D’Angelo. “He has not earned a damn thing in my eyes and I’m more than willing to show him what respect is and how to get it the proper way.”
Saturday 23 April brings Episode 1183 of WWE SmackDown. Madcap Moss has promised that his ‘Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal’ victory earlier this month will propel him to an all-new level of success.
“That victory – and I totally earned it all by myself – is a sign that I can be great in the WWE Universe,” said Moss. “I looked up to Andre when I was a youngster, and just like him, I kicked a** in that ring. It will be the start of great things to come, you just wait and see!”
Tuesday 26 April will feature Episode 1509 of WWE Raw. Edge, after his epic battle with AJ Styles at WrestleMania, is looking forward to the next challenge, though ‘The Phenomenal One feels that there is still something to be settled between the two legends.
“Edge, you may be a great of the WWE Universe, but I can promise you this: you will never be at the level of ‘The Phenomenal One AJ Styles. Our match at WrestleMania proved that you just don’t have what it takes to entertain a massive crowd as I do. Think I’m wrong? Then come out here and shut my mouth!” explained Styles.
Now GOtv viewers can also enjoy some world-class WWE action every Wednesday evening on SuperSport GOtv Select3, with a past Pay-Per-View (17:00), WWE 205 (21:00), and a documentary (21:30).
