As the Kenyan banking sector continues to evolve, and as technology continues to sweep within and without the country, NCBA Bank has taken it a notch higher by enhancing its NCBA NOW with new features that now allow Kenyans to file their tax returns.
In a statement sent to all their customer’s via email, NCBA said that it had added the KRA iTax Payment option to their enhanced app.
“KRA domestic payments (iTax) are now available on the NCBA NOW Mobile banking app! Simply log into the NCBA NOW app, select “Bill Payments,” click on the iTax icon and make your payment hassle-free,” the lender said in a message that was sent out.

At the same time, NCA also introduced the Jamii Telcom Payment service that will see Telkom customers buy Jamii Telkom internet data bundles through the bill payments feature on the NCBA NOW Mobile app.
Other new features added include Hide / Unhide Balance Option where one can now set the option to hide or show account balances that are displayed on the NCBA NOW app dashboard and My Cards where one can now make your credit card bill payment, debit Card set PIN & Change PIN, and view credit card mini-statement on the My Cards feature.
