Kenyans have registered their frustrations with the Kenya Power and Lighting Company (KPLC) following massive delays in remitting tokens through an SMS. Millions have been left in darkness with no tokens sent hours after purchasing.
According to Kenyans online, those who purchased tokens as late as Sunday night are yet to receive their tokens with Kenya Power doing little to help. Interestingly, Kenya Power has not issued a statement on the issue to set the record straight.

Kenyans are wondering why KPLC, being the only power supplier in Kenya, with no competitor, cannot value its customers and just do things right.
