This year’s KCSE results will be different in terms of accessing them. Previously, candidates and their guardians would send a message via either Safaricom or Airtel line to receive their respective results from the Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) via SMS.
This time, candidates will access their results on the Kenya National Examination Council website.
Here is how to go about it:
- Go to https://results.knec.ac.ke
- Enter the candidate’s index number and name as per the 2023 KCSE registration data
- Submit the information. The results will be displayed on the screen.
The move by KNEC came after a massive failure of remitting results for candidates who sat their Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) last year. The majority could not access their results.
