NCBA Bank has announced various job openings for Kenyans. The openings include that of the Branch Manager, Assistant Manager Asset Finance Documentation, Retail Data Scientist, and Int’l Remittances Manager.
The Branch Manager will be required to provide the branch and its agencies powerful leadership, team development, excellent customer experience, and deliver exceptional branch business growth & profitability.
The Assistant Manager Asset Finance and Documentation will be expected to deliver high-quality and timely support to all customers and stakeholders seeking service from the Bank through any customer touch points relating to documentation of their approved Asset Finance facilities, in line with the Bank’s strategic intent, its values and service standards as defined in its approved policies, procedures and processes.
The Data Scientist will be the data science lead for retail working with other stakeholders in the bank to develop statistical and econometric models that utilize the vast amount of data resources the bank holds.
The International Remittance Manager will be required to deliver profitable business growth through remittances from the Diaspora by providing cost-effective ways of sending money to Kenya. Additionally, the holder will actively initiate strategic business partnerships that will lead to long-term business ties with Kenyans abroad.
