Nairobi-based Savannah Honey Beekeeping Ltd has been named “The Leading Beekeeping Enterprise of the Year 2026,” an honor bestowed during a ceremony recognizing the 100 Most Dependable Brands in Kenya.
The award was presented by Dependable Brands Africa at an event held at the Sarit Centre, where the organization celebrated companies across various sectors for their consistency, quality, and trustworthiness in the eyes of Kenyan consumers.
In a statement following the win, the company said it was “beyond grateful and proud” to receive the recognition, framing the achievement as a shared victory rather than a solitary one. “This win belongs to every single person who believes in natural wellness, quality, and supporting local farmers,” the statement read.
The company credited its leadership team for steering it to this milestone: CEO Kyalo Mutua, Program Manager Winfred Muindi, and Administrator Millicent Atieno were all singled out for special recognition.
