Beyond enhancing convenience, the initiative supports broader efforts to increase insurance uptake in Kenya, where penetration remains low at approximately 2.4%, demonstrating the role digital platforms can play in improving access to protection solutions.

Eligible LOOP customers with a valid motor vehicle logbook can choose from:
- Third Party Cover – Covers third-party injury or property damage.
- Standard Comprehensive Cover – Covers third parties and the insured vehicle against accidents, theft and fire.
- Premier Comprehensive Cover – Includes standard comprehensive benefits together with enhanced convenience features and value-added services.
